INSTRUCTIONS AFTER
ORDERING
1) Ensure you own the rights to your images and that they are high quality. Studio or professionally taken photos are recommended. Upload the original file from the photographer or the high-resolution version. If you are uploading logos of your team, ensure that you upload a vector file or a high-resolution jpg or PDF. Phone photos and social media images may create sub-par results as it relates to quality printing.
2) Fill out the form Below.
Upload your images in the pop up window, click blue upload button at bottom, close window, then don’t forget to “Submit” form after uploading your images. After submission you will be redirected back to this page. For Custom DiBond & Trading Card Designs, for best results upload 2-4 images of your athlete(s) along with logo if desired.
3) Within 5-7 business days you will receive a proof for custom design orders. Customers will be allowed one free set of revisions. Following revisions, once approved, your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days for DiBond prints and 1-2 business days for trading cards and acrylic prints.
• Coaches/Administrators – if you are interested in bulk orders for senior gifts or special events, email info@sidesign.net for custom quotes.
• If you are ordering for more than one athlete/participant at a time, fill out the form multiple times and adjust the quantity in the order form to the number of athletes you would like to order for. We will reach out if we have any questions.
• Custom sizes and quantities are also available – if you do not see sizes and quantities you desire on this page, please reach out to info@sidesign.net for a custom quote.
