Our systems are designed for painted drywall (smooth or lightly textured), painted cinderblock, painted brick, and painted cement.

If the surface is unpainted, it must be properly prepared prior to installation. Unpainted surfaces may see partial success but are not warrantied.

For best adhesion, seal the surface with a primer such as Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3, then apply a high-quality latex paint in an eggshell or satin finish. Allow proper cure time before installation.

Avoid flat or matte paint, dirty or chalky walls, and masonry surfaces that are uneven, bowed, or not reasonably flat.

Products used outdoors are exposed to sun, heat, moisture, and weather, which will impact color, adhesion, and longevity over time. SI Design is not responsible for normal wear, fading, or environmental effects.

Yes. After payment and submission of all required materials, you will receive a mockup within 5–7 business days.

Accuracy of the rendering is directly tied to the quality of photos, accuracy of measurements, and whether vector logo files are provided.

We will work with you via email to refine the layout within the confines of your space before moving into production.

You will need to provide: - Level - Drill - 3/16” drill bit - Hammer

Spacer-mounted logo signs require drilling and anchoring. Tape-mounted

Mockups are delivered within 5–7 business days after all required

materials are submitted.

Once your mockup is approved, production begins. Your kit will ship

after production is complete and is typically delivered within 3–4

business days after shipment.

Your self-install video tutorial is accessed through the QR code card

included in your kit and is protected for SI Design customers only.

Installation is designed to remove guesswork.

Your kit includes a bracket system and stencils with layout guidance

specific to your facility, based on the measurements and photos you

provide. As long as accurate measurements and quality photos are

submitted, the stencil system and written instructions should make

placement straightforward.

Most installs can be completed with 1–2 people. Take your time and

follow the sequence provided.scription

Interior applications are covered by a 2-year warranty when installed on properly prepared surfaces.

Exterior applications are covered by a 1-year warranty. Outdoor conditions such as sun exposure, heat, moisture, and weather will impact color, adhesion, and lifespan over time.

Install in a clean, dry environment with a temperature of approximately 60–80°F.

Avoid installing on cold surfaces, overheated walls, or in high humidity. For exterior installs, choose mild, stable weather and avoid direct sunlight during application when possible.

Surface temperature matters just as much as air temperature. Extreme conditions can reduce adhesion and long-term performance. description

SI RapidInstall Kits are dependent on accurate measurements and photos provided by the customer.

Always apply stencils first before installing lettering to confirm spacing and layout. If adjustments are minor, they can often be made during installation.

If a reconfiguration is needed due to incorrect measurements, contact SI Design. Updated stencils or replacement components can be provided at an additional cost.
